Location really close to a leafy avenue in Glasgow's West End, nice restaurants and breakfast locations, and shops / bars / eateries. Efficient staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Very pleasant stay, I would definitely go again.
The rooms are recently refurbished with extremely comfy beds and smoke detectors. The service is very efficient, includes easy free parking. Furthermore, guests can use parking on-site. Have a drink at the bistro bar.

The Junior Suite was impressively spacious and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast service was slow, particularly in refilling coffee. The evening meal options had a creative flair but strayed from classic quality dishes, disappointing compared to previous visits.

We booked a classic room and loved it. The breakfast was comprehensive and wonderful with EXCELLENT pastries and cheese.
Didn't like the area, it was bustling.

The location of the hotel is fantastic with ambience and incredibly friendly staff
Of course it would be nicer if everything was a little more modern but then the flair would not be as it is and therefore I give ten out of ten possible points

The staff was extremely nice. The house itself is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The breakfast is very extensive and of very high quality. So everything perfect

Generally this is an impressive boutique hotel however attention to detail was an issue: the room although small was adequate but there was quite a lot of dust on furniture which was not acceptable. Also bathroom sink would not drain and toilet seat was in need of replacement. Some of the bedroom furniture did not match in quality and with such 'boutique' decor seemed at odds with the attempted upmarket ambience. Staff were generally young and lacked the experience necessary to be available without being in the way. Dining staff on the Saturday evening were excellent especially the Sommelier Laurent who was knowledgeable and personable however breakfast staff were busy and somewhat slow/forgetful we requested sweetener and by the time it arrive coffee was cold, our waiter put down rack of toast and removed butter. Clearly more time should be devoted to training at high end establishments at high end prices.
